General Condition surveys & Reports
This will involve a thorough visual inspection of the property and its surrounding environment, including studying Ordnance Survey geological maps for details of the underlying foundation strata, followed by a full written report.
(Note: when carrying out a structural survey we are unable to comment on structural elements that are not accessible)
We can also provide further detailed surveys to include the following:
• Excavations to expose existing foundations
• Drains tests
• Wall tie replacement
• Crack monitoring
• Fire damage/ replacement
We can also report on specific items that may have been highlighted in a Homebuyers survey.
